You must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driving license to participate.
Your vehicle must meet the track’s safety requirements and comply with local regulations.
TrackDayCompare reserves the right to refuse coverage if eligibility requirements are not met.
Coverage applies only during the specific date(s) and track location for which insurance is purchased.
The policy covers damage to your vehicle and third-party liability as specified in your insurance certificate.
Coverage does not include:
Competitive racing events, time trials, or illegal racing.
Intentional damage or reckless behavior beyond normal track use.
Mechanical failures, wear and tear, or pre-existing damage.
Personal injury not covered under optional add-ons.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring your car is in safe, track-ready condition.
You must comply with all track rules, safety regulations, and local laws.
Helmets, seatbelts, and other mandatory safety equipment must be used at all times.
Any false information provided during registration may void your coverage.
In the event of an incident, you must:
Notify TrackDayCompare immediately or within 24 hours.
Submit all required documentation, including incident reports and photos.
Cooperate with our claims team and provide truthful information.
Failure to follow the claims process may result in denial of your claim.
TrackDayCompare is not liable for losses outside the scope of your policy.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by track operators, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a policy in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
